Your privacy matters. This policy explains how Clocked In handles your information.
Clocked In stores all your data locally on your device. Your shift times, tasks, task groups, priority settings, reports, calendar plans, and app preferences are saved using on-device storage and are never uploaded to our servers. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location.
If you enable task reminders, the app uses your device's notification system to send you alerts at times you choose. Notification permissions are requested only when you set a reminder. No notification data is sent to external servers.
Clocked In offers an optional Pro subscription managed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscription purchases and billing are handled entirely by the app store and RevenueCat, our subscription management partner. We do not have access to your payment information. RevenueCat may collect anonymous usage data related to your subscription status. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Since your data is stored locally on your device, it stays with you. The only external service the app communicates with is RevenueCat for subscription management.
All app data is stored locally on your device using standard platform storage mechanisms. This includes shift history, task data, task groups, priority flags, calendar plans, and your theme preferences. If you uninstall the app, your locally stored data will be deleted. We recommend using your device's built-in backup features to protect your data.
Clocked In is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the app and on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
